Fast food is not a good dining style or type. There are effets which are harmful to people. The consequences of eating fast food include obesity, high blood pressure and depression.
Firstly, nowadays, obesity is a big danger for people and fast food triggers the obesity. People are eating without thinking about what he/she ate. People want to eat any time fast eating, because they are busy due to business, children etc. They should catch up world affairs. They cannot be careful to health. And than some people are starting to gain weight. After, If they don't stop themselves for eating fast food, they will be obesity. Unfortunately, this case is not a good.
Secondly, fast food happens an inadequate nutritionally, unstable, unhealthy and harmful. Fast food consumption increases high blood pressure, because it contains excessive amounts of salt. Therefore, people should consume much water for not to be suffering from high blood pressure. If people don't consider this problem, they can be diabetes or high blood pressure.
Thirdly, fast food affects the hormones of people. Chocolate secretes as happiness hormone, fast food can secrete or trigger unhappiness secretion, namely fast food reduces the happiness hormone. So people eats the fast food and can enter the depression. In people of depression are consuming more fast food, they continue to hurt themselves.
As a result, fast food gives harm to a food culture for people. It effects people boyd. Fast food causes obesity, high blood pressure and depression. People should not eat fast food for wellness.
